These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of leadtradesystems.com (the "Site") and the services offered by KAIFUYEM LLC, doing business as Lead Trade Systems ("Lead Trade Systems", "we", "us", or "our"). Our services and our SMS and mobile messaging program are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. 2. Our Services

Lead Trade Systems provides done-for-you websites, on-page search optimization, Google Business Profile setup, and related lead-capture and follow-up tools for local trade contractors. Specific deliverables, pricing, and terms for paid services are described at the time of purchase and in any separate service agreement you enter with us.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the marketing consent box on our opt-in form, you expressly consent to receive recurring marketing and promotional text messages from KAIFUYEM LLC (Lead Trade Systems). The following terms apply to our messaging program:

• Age: you must be at least 18 years old to opt in and receive messages.
• Program: marketing and promotional messages, including offers, discounts, event promotions, and service announcements.
• Opt in: consent is collected only through the separate, optional marketing checkbox on our opt-in form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
